Our Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Manufacturing Defects

If there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we'll replace the item at no charge.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom uniforms are made specifically for your team with personalized names, numbers, and logos, they cannot be returned for a refund unless there is:

  • A manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • An error in production (wrong name, number, or design)
  • Damage during shipping

Important: We provide design mockups for approval before production to ensure your custom order is exactly what you want. Please review mockups carefully before approving.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Provide photos if there's a defect or issue with the product
  4. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for defective items or errors on our part. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges on non-custom items. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll provide instructions for sending back the original item and shipping out the replacement size. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.
