All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders require design approval before production, and delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lineup Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Our return policy is outlined in our Returns & Exchanges page. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in unused, unwashed condition with original tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lineup Gear or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission. Customer-provided logos and designs remain the property of the customer but grant Lineup Gear a license to use them for order fulfillment.
Lineup Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
