Production Lead Time: Custom orders typically require 2-3 weeks for production after design approval. This includes printing, embroidery, and quality control checks.
Rush Orders: Need your gear faster? We offer expedited production (1-2 weeks) for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability for your deadline.
Important: Production time starts after you approve your design mockup. Delays in approvals will extend your delivery date.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime using our order tracking tool.
Track Your OrderWe currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may incur additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Times: Canadian orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days via standard shipping.
